1. General

We sell items online through our dedicated websites, in person, via email and phone. We take payments via the websites, electronic transfer and by contactless credit card. None of your bank details or card details are retained by us in any form. You may provide us with name, address, email and/or phone number as part of a contract to supply goods or to correspond with you.

2. Do we share your data?

We do not share your data with anyone, unless legally required to do so, e.g. by the police, or HMRC.

3. How will we use data?

When you place an order on our website, we have access to your name, email, phone number and address. With these we fulfill your order. This is a “contractual” arrangement.

If you place an order with us by email, we will have access to your name, email and postal address. With these we fulfill your order. We will provide to you details how you may make payment, we will be notified when you make payment but we receive no information relating to your credit card etc.

If you place an order with us by phone, we will have access to your name, email and postal address. With these we fulfill your order. This is a “contractual” arrangement. We retain your name, email, postal address on our computer and a paper copy. When you purchase an item by phone we will give you our bank details for you to electronically transfer funds to us. Once the transaction is in process we have no access to any of your bank data collected apart from the authorization report confirming payment has been approved. We retain this information for our accounting processes. .

4. How long do we keep your data for?

We will keep all your personal data for accountancy purposes, warranties and future business with you. You may request us to remove your data from our records to the fullest extent available to us at the time, ie, we may need to retain some information for a period for the likes of HMRC.
