A Celtic Charm - Euphonium with Brass Band

A Celtic Charm composed by Philip Wilby was originally conceived as a work for solo flute and piano. Dedicated to Peter & Norma Wilson (Peter is a former eophonium player and Editor of the British Bandsman magazine), the misic received its premiere at their wedding in a performance given by the composer and his daughter Sarah.

This emotive composition forms the title track for Doyen CD214 - 'Celtic Charm' performed by euphonium soloist David Childs and the Cory Band.
